I think I've just encountered the rudest receptionist ever! I've been transferred to a diferent hospital to the one my son was stillborn in so after explaining to her why I'd been transferred (surely it should be on my notes) she tells me well I'm not sure how you will be booked in becuase your not in our catchment area and it's not really my problem!

Stupid fecking receptionist, I am fuming!

I got my mum to phone back because I was ready to go down there and do some serious shouting! My mother told her straight away she wanted to speak to someone who knows what their doing and they put her through to a midwife who is organising a booking in appointment for me and a scan at 7 weeks!

Theyve got no record of my blood tests though, so I still don't know whats happening with them them and she doesn't know what to advise re my bp because it will be up to my consultantso far this hospital seems to be worse than the original one!

They keep going on about not having any notes for this pregnancy and they'll have to get them transferred! The fact that I'm phoning for a booking appointment and haven't actually seen anyone yet doesn't seem to be registering!
