I'm going to eat within my points on the run up to christmas and have xmas day and boxing day as 'free' days.
i will probably still track my points just out of curiosity but i'm not going to stop myself if i want to have something!

Xmas day will be just me, Jody and Charlie!
Boxing day we have Both Tommy's and Charlie and have a family meal to go to so should be a nice couple of days!

Right back on the ww wagon on 27th! And wont be doing anything for newyear so no reason to stray there either!

Thats the plan anyway!

It should be achievable but as soon as i get to the low 10's i seem to stop loosing grrr

im with u. im plannin ong tracking over christmas apart from xmas day and boxing day. Im out new yrs eve so will be drinking lots and will probe be hungover so hangover food will be consumed then too!

Normally we drink right over the christmas period (before we had alfie and i got preg) practically every day so at least this yr that wont be possible which is a good thing.

Im not going to deprive myself if i want anything - its christmas!! x
