| hey girls!!
for those of you into dvd workouts, can i suggest jillian micheal's 30 day shred!
it's a 25min dvd with 3 levels...
you do 10days of level 1, 10days of level 2 and then 10days of level 3
she uses a 3-2-1 system
3minutes strength
2minutes cardio
1minute abs
and does 3 circuits
i am on day 8 of level 1 and my arms are SORE! but it's quite fun and it doesn't feel like you have to drag yourself to do it as you know it's only 25mins!
just a recommendation for you xx |

| yeh, i was doing this daily and dropping up between 1/2-1lb a day...toned up my hip area a little...for only 25mins effort it's well worth doing
i got my copy on amazon but have noticed that morrisons is selling it for £6 too |

| Oh wow it sounds really really good! I googled some reviews and there's nothing but praise about it so i'm definitly going to get it this week! There's no excuses for not doing it either to say it doesn't even take up half an hour of your day  Ooo Lisa who was that other one by? x |

| i tend to do it after the kids are in bed so i can just slump after and not move for the rest of the night  |

| How are people finding this dvd as i was thinking about getting it but havent got much space in my living room if it involves lots of running around!! I have also just got the 10 min belly one that LisaG mentioned, it only came this week so only had one go but seems ok although i did struggle to keep up! |

| kate, you don't need much space...just about enough to do a proper full press up...and some kind of dumbells too and that's it.
i am re-starting this again on friday hopefully as i've been proper slack with it |
