Has any1 tried the 321 slimfast plan doe sit work how did u find it

Im gonna be doin it to get a shift under my big fat behind to lose weight b4 I get preg again

I did however put on 5lbs over xmas so thats a big help to kick my self in2 gear ive just been lookin at it online and it sounds ok u have 3 snacks 2 slimfast meals and a sensible dinner ( which was always my downfall with slimfast) but now they give u meal ideas each day
