i bought some new digital scales yesterday so come sunday i am not going on any diet like SW or WW but i am going to replace my daily fluids to just water ( will have to have my morning coffee though ),, going to buy big bottles of it !
going to stop filling my trolley with rubbish and reduce my alcohol intake
i aim to dust off the wii fit and get my avatar less looking like a blimp
i got just dance 2 for chrimbo so figure a round of that daily wont do me any harm !
i have posted this so i know you ladies know of my plans so if i dont come on here weekly with my loss or gain you know i have failed in my plans and can kick my arse !
i have weighed myself today and will weigh again on sunday ( as this will be my official day ) but hopeful i can lose a little before then then every sunday after !
