Right so today is day 1!
I am 10st 9 after the holidays but i am still lighter than i was when i started ww, and if i hadn't have lost that weight before xmas, i would be well into the 11stone mark so shouldn't really beat myself up just yet!

I am downloading the 30 day shred dvd that Kenty reccomended as we speak and will try and get that in today at some point, not sure if i will as we have all 3 boys this weekend!
I was on utube and saw lots of videos that were titled 'watch me shrink' they are quite motivational, lots of women on weightloss journeys videoing there body for the world to see! Some very big results for quite a few women!

I think i might give that a try, i'm not sure if i'm confident enough about actually putting them up on the net but maybe at some point who knows!

Thanks everyone! I don't feel I need to loose lots of weight I just kinda wanna firm up and drop about a stone I guess. Not liking my muffin top/love handles! Lol
I don't exercise and that's a big down fall for me, I think if I start I'll be able to achieve my goals relatively easily! Just need to keep up the motivation!

Kell youve got quite a simular body to mine lol! I hate my muffin top too I will be starting my diet from 2moz too

Lol Terri Thanks! I wouldn't say brave, i just think its a bit of a push for me putting the pictures up.
I think i'll pop new one's up every 4 weeks and see if we can notice any difference or not!
I hope we do lmao!
