well my first shift is over and im knackered. was awake at 7 and decided to get myself ready before i would wake alfie up - i was kinda hoping he would stir himself cos hes always in a bad mood when woken but he never so i had to wake him up at 7:45. Thankfully he wasnt in a bad mood altho did look ratehr confused as why he was getting woken up lol! My cousin came to mine and i managed to get to work for 8.30. I knew he woud be fine with her which he was and my day flew over! Couldnt wait to see my little man when i got home!

Tomorrow is the killer - nursery! My plan is to run in drop him off and run out! The longer i stay the harder itll be!!

Im glad its over and done with - now just need the next 2 days to come and go and ill be fine!

I agree, dont hang around at nursery - if he cries it will break you heart but remember that within 5 minutes they are playing and have forgotten about us poor old mums who are sad all day
