I had always had a big chest since i was 13, every time i gained weight it went straight to my boobs and every time ive lost weight ive always kept my boobs, i used to hate them as i couldnt fit into any nice clothes or wear a nice bikini.
The biggest i got was before i was preg i was a 36F. After having Tayla and BF-ing theyve slowy shrunk (and ive lost weight) and now even my 34DD bras are getting so big
Trouble is that now they are not as firm as they once were
Any ideas on what i can do to 'tone' them up? I started the gym yesterday, what kind of exercise strengthens your breast muscles?
