| I am doing my best to be good but...
On the positive front since exercise is the best way for me to lose weight and tone up I did go to boxercise last night and loved it. But OMG my arms ache today. |

| as soon as i give up dieting i lost weight...i was 74kg befor i went on holiday...weighed myself today and im 65kg not even trying, just pigging out as i usually do x |

| im doing quite well, started exercising this week when ava goes down for her nap, i dont get weighed though, just keep trying on my thin pants. |
