I did a body combat class at the gym at 9.30 this morning. It's the one where you do weights to music, an hour of full on free weights repetition to dance music! I feel like jelly everywhere! Honestly I couldn't even hold the hair drier properly my arms are so achy!
I'm gonna feel this for days!
I've got a introduction to the power plate tomorrow and a personal training session after! I think I'm gonna be a shaking mess by the end of the week lol

keep up th good work hun. no pain no gain as they say. when i used to go to the gym (when i have time and money!) i wouldnt leave until every muscle in my body was burning! im sure youll see results soon enuf! x
