I bought some Topshop Maternity Trousers last week on Ebay and they have finally arrived today. They have a normal waist and the stretchy bits in the sides, but....the stretchy bits on one side the stitching has come away and also they are all bobbly between the legs.

They didn't state any of this on the listing, so if you were me would you send them back?? xx

Just noticed aswell that they state on the listing no returns accepted....but the listing says.....
Topshop, size 16, black wide leg trouser.
Adjustable waistband, turn up at bottom.
Smart but very comfortable, in great condtion.
Grab a bargain and check out my other items Surprised)

Well they obviously aren't in great condition are they?? xx

It would depend how much I paid for them! If they were 99p then no I'd not send them back if they are ok to use

Send them back then! She hasn't been honest in her description so it doesnt matter that she says no returns!

Tell her they aren't good condition, if she refuses to refund then open paypal dispute! They will probably ask for photos

Email first then if you don't get the answer you want get eBay and paypal involved. But keep hold of them until eBay have agreed your in the right otherwise you'll lose money and trousers Sad oh and leave neg feedback even once refunded! I once got asked if I refund will you give me good feedback - eh NOPE!

Good luck

I was going to say if she is reasonable and offers a refund straight away you could give neutral feedback but since she is being a biatch I would leave negative.

I have a rule that I never buy from anyone with less than 100% feedback score unless they are a shop with at least 10000 feedbacks

She doesnt have to offer a refund if she states returns not excepted, I know this as I had a problem myself a while back. But if you do return them to her for a refund then you will have to pay the postage it costs to return them to her.

I was under the impression she still had to comply with trading law and her article is not as described

Apparently not, I spoke to Paypal and they told me that I didnt have to offer a refund to my buyer as I said I dont accept returns.
