Ive been having weetabix with sugar on.. (I know! bad) and milk... not very much milk Id say under 125 ml.
so just worked that out its 5 WW pro points... is that a good amount? I know there are prob way healthier breakfasts but... you know.
also what are good salad dressings... I normally end up covering my salad in low fat salad cream but I figured thats pretty bad too so what else could I used? not sure I could eat a bowl of lettuce with just olive oil or something on :/
