what do you eat?
lol I made a soup which is 2 points per serving.. GREAT but I can't eat it on its own so got myself a brown roll... 7 points (it is a BIG brown rol
) !
Now I know 9 points for lunch in't bad but obvously bread, pasta potatos are quite bad so what do you eat instead or do you just pick the lowest point value stuff?
I need ideas for low point but filling stuff... I end up finishing my meals feeling ungry (although that goes after a little while)
Im going out on Friday too so need to save my weekly bonus points for that
I ahve to say even after only the weekend being on WW I actualyl feel better for it... not as bloated which is helping me keep going
