what do you eat?

lol I made a soup which is 2 points per serving.. GREAT but I can't eat it on its own so got myself a brown roll... 7 points (it is a BIG brown rol Wink ) !
Now I know 9 points for lunch in't bad but obvously bread, pasta potatos are quite bad so what do you eat instead or do you just pick the lowest point value stuff?

I need ideas for low point but filling stuff... I end up finishing my meals feeling ungry (although that goes after a little while)
Im going out on Friday too so need to save my weekly bonus points for that

I ahve to say even after only the weekend being on WW I actualyl feel better for it... not as bloated which is helping me keep going Smile

Tbh the best you can do is have lots of veg or salad!
For lunch I like to have either a chilen stir fry or chicken veg and gravy if I have the time other wise I'll just have a sandwich.

Depending on what I've got going on that day will depend how I spread my points.
I'll tend to have bran flakes and a banana for breakfast, chicken and veg or a sandwich for lunch, and I save as many points as I can for dinner as oh doesn't always wanna eat strictly diet food and I don't wanna cook two meals lol
I am usually left with about 15-17 points for dinner plus the weekly ones if I want.

Well my typical day is either skip breakfast as i don't have time or grab a banana and apple on the way out the door so i save quite a few points doing that.i know it's bad not eatin brekkie but it makes me feel sick!dinner is usually a ww meal which some steam bags of veg to bulk it out.then a have a mullerlite and banana and strawberries.so dinner is usually about 10points.which means i normally have 20 for tea which is good cos means i can have a bit variety.we differ between-chilli,spag bol, pizza, lasagne and on a weekend i have a take awaya which i normally just use all my 49points for.first week i used all of my 49points and had a take away and lost 5lb!x

well being in Cyprus I have a problem in that there's not much WW products I can buy lol there are a few meals I can get hold of and thats fine for lunch on the weekends. Ive got soup for lunch at work... I just need to check out what is better lower points etc... just getting used to it I suppose.
I was sooo hungry yesterday but ended up with 9 points left over fter dinner so ahd a packet of crisps, a special k choc bar and a go ahead caramel crunch thing lol. oh and even had gravy and ketchup with my tea yum. Smile
