Please can someone tell me how to put a photo in a post

Morning hun,

Get yourself a photobucket account and upload your picture to there, then it will give you 4 codes at the right hand side for your picture. Copy the one that starts [img] and paste it into your thread on here. When you click send your pic will be in your post
