| Lol Katie..Gas or electric?? Has it got a flame?? -its gas I grew up with gas..but until I got my first electric fan oven and ceramic hob, i'd never go back to gas. Fortunately we don't get to may power cuts round here |

| We've only ever had electric, here and when growing up at home. Tbh gas scares me because of leaks, and im terrified of lighting them/flames etc. The ceramic hob is very easy to clean too. |

| We've got and electric fan assisted oven and electric hob. I like it. Like Snoopy said gas scares me, i don't like the thought of Immi going near the knobs and turning on gas without me knowing. |

| We have got a double electric oven (main oven has a fan) and then a ceramic hob. I am a worrier and Aimee is always turning the knobs on it, so im glad that we can turn it off at the mains, so she doesnt set fire to us. Im not sure if you can do that with gas ones? If we had a power cut we would go out for dinner... although it has never happened xx |

| we have gas oven and hob i love it dont think id go back to electric mine has a lid that when u put down it cuts off the gas so if evan was to touch the knobs he cant turn the gas on and i only lift the lid when im cooking its never left open i prefer it purely because the oven heats up really quick where as my last electric one the oven took ages to heat up |

| We have gas hob and electric ovens, one with a fan. We also have an electric hot plate thingy that works a bit like a cross between dry frying and grilling (great for steak and bacon)
We also have a lid that cuts off the gas so it can't be switched on accidentally. |
