how do u work out when u r ovulating? my cycle was 45 days from the start of my 1st af to the 1st day of my 2nd af so when should i be ovulating if thats my cycle? thought about doing a ticker but wots a luteal phase length?

I think most women ov at about 14 - 16 days after their period (I vary from 12 days after to 16 days after as I have quite a long LP) LP is how many days from ov'ing to period starting so I am on a cycle length of 35 days and I (9 times out of 10 ov on day 12) so my LP is 23 days. I think anything under 10 days is a problem as the eggy doesn't get time to stick.

In theory a woman with a 28 days cycle length will ov on day 14 but not every woman has this "perfect" "ideologists world" cycle.

Please, please don't quote me on any of this, this is only my understanding on the subject xxx
