I rang the housing options place who deal with homelessness and told them my situation. Well they have got in touch with HB and given them a nudge. They are now saying there shouldnt be a problem paying rent on my new house as its only my niece, they may still have a problem with paying for the month at this house as its my sil but i have already paid up here till i leave. Would have liked to have got the last months rent back as i cant really afford to be £350 down BUT if thats how its got to be then fair enough. At least my new house will be paid for!!!
