A good friend of mine has suffered with a bad heart his whole life. Last year he had a heart transplant. Whilst going through his live changing experiance he started a journal, i read it just after he came out of hosp and it was truly amazing! Captured, highs and lows of this worrying ordeal.

He has just had the journal published and its on pre order on amazon!! All earnings going to The British Heart Foundation.

This is no way me advertising! I just feel very proud of him and wanted to share.

Hes like a changed man, my oh grew up with him and at school he could never join in sports etc. Couple of years back him an oh took his son and Jack for a walk in their prams, he got so out of breath that my oh had to push both prams.

Now he can go to the gym, he runs the lot!

His wife has just given birth to their daughter.
