Hi ladies

Long story short my flat was reposessed (only cause my ex wouldn't do a voluntary handback to the bank) He basically wouldn't pay his half but wanted loads of money and it didn't sell in 3yrs as 3 people pulled out of the sales. I stopped paying the mortgage and communicated to the bank all the way through so they knew it wasn't on purpose. (pity my credit rating doesn't reflect that bit). It now appears it's been sold. Got a letter addressed to my ex to my address just now and it says the funds are with the trustee (he went bankrupt and left me with all the bills).

My question is..... Do the bank not have to notify you when it's sold, and what happens now? Do i need to contact his trustee? He's got a charge on the house from one of his creditors, what happens to that? I have no clue.

Can someone please help?
