Without my chocolate??

Found its a trigger for my IBS so no more chocolate for me



I'm sure you ladies will eat more to make up for the massive drop in chocolate sales

That sucks... i need chocolate daily, may explain why i cant lose this flab! x

Ooh no. I have bad IBS too and I visited a nutritionist and we figured out all my trigger foods and the worst ones I cut out completely for 3 months then gradually re-introduced them to my diet, there were some that I couldn't eat but the worst one was cheese and I can eat that in moderation without any trouble now. Might be worth a try x

Mine is milk - a normal amount, like in drinks, I am fine with - but I was so ill when I used fattening milkshakes drinks to try and gain weight
