hmm elijah has horrible nappy rash from being a teethy boy yesterday, we are meant to be going swimming today, i'm just wondering if it's a bad idea to go - will it make his skin worse??? not sure

I think the chlorine, which is even higher in a baby pool, is likely to irritate any broken skin.
