To our much loved BANDA lady Donna

To let you know who much we all care about you and your children we decided to get you a little something.

We thought long and hard about what we could get for you, we wanted something that would be enjoyed and remembered by you all.

By now Paula & Jo will have surprised you and you know that we got you and the kids season tickets to Pleasure Island!

Below are the messages from everyone who contributed to the fund for your surprise.

I have put Awla's message first, she was so wanting to help you enjoy something that she donated twice, she had felt her first donation wasn't enough, even though it was way more than enough already. I remember thinking how kind she was, and her words as she messaged me on FB chat to say she was adding to her 'wee donation'

Where the hell do i even start?
First off lovely awla i will never get to thank her in person, i just pray she knew how much me and my children would have appreciated it, and i hope she thought i was a good friend to her as she was to me, i will miss her so much.

I cannot tell you, because i just cant even find the words, how much i appreciate this. You all need to know, you have and still are getting me through this, and you will never ever know how true that is.

I never ever expected anything from you, you are always there for me, my best friends and its enough. But your gift has completely astounded and humbled me beyond anything you could ever imagine.

I think i have said this in a round about way over the last 2 days, but you are all inspirational people, the way you support and come together for people, your generosity, its truely is amazing.

I love you all and i will get round to sending you all a personal message, and i will write on Lauras FB wall as that is the only way i can thank her

Donna, you have come through so much. Not just with what's happened recently but all that's happened in your life. You aren't bitter and twisted because of it...far from it, you are a lovely, gentle, caring woman, friend and mother.
