I think I thought I posted this already but mebbies not!

Basically, period-like aches, mostly (only?) in bed at night or early morning. Only mild, never had BH so not sure it's them but from what Ive heard I'd know if it was

Just a bit worried either 1) it's residual from my fall or 2) it means things are already getting ready
Not helped by the fact I can't remember if I had this when pregnant with bean... so... any ideas girlies?! xx

sorry i cant help really lol but i remember getting weird achy pains in the 3rd trimester which were due to stretchin and stuff...and also ur body getting ready for birth...braxton hicks also!! hope the pains ease soon for you xx

Ive been getting period type aches the past few weeks kinda feels like af is on its way. Midwife says its normal, been getting a lot of bh also but thats a diferent type of pain more uncomforatble if anything

Sounds positive, thanks ladies. It's just when you finally get some kind of comfy in bed then realise you've got an achey belly hope it settles a bit, think a bath might help!? xx

Other than BH, there are also positional pain related to stretching of the ligaments around your womb... this one is more sharp than BH / contractions. It's usually harmless, so no worries.

Just take it easy when u move from certain position such as waking up from bed or getting up from sofas.

yes, grace u can also dip in hot bath, its relaxing...mmm...i could use one right now.
