He'd nagged me by text last week saying how he missed us and wanted to do something nice on Mothers day for me. Then today I get a text saying he was having his hair done at 1 and we'd go for lunch at 2. I said that was too late for Amelia to eat and she'll get stroppy so he said lets go before. Well he's just bought Amelia home and I told him "it's ok I'm used to being disappointed" He's going to take some stuff to the tip for me as penence. I'm going to my mum's and she's cooking a roast and we're going to take Amelia out on her bike, so we'll have a nice day without the irritating knob jockey!

Thing is the more he does selfish things like this the more I'm glad we're not together any more. Although I tend to get a bit bored living on my own I realise now how much happier and relaxed I am without him. My house is tidier, I sleep better, I have been out more in the last few weeks than in the last 6 months with him. Oh and I've got my sex drive back!!!
