| I saw that earlier. Some of the names are daft but a few countries have gone OTT. I didnt think calling a child Friday was so bad that the parents were taken to court - waste of money imo! |

| i saw a few a while back where some people had had twins and given them gimmicy names, the 2 i remember were benson and hedges and fish and chips! how can people be so cruel!! x |

| Some people don't seem to realise that these tiny little people that we have just given birth too are going to grow up one day, they have to go through school (and all the pressures that brings), meet someone and hopefully get married and have a career etc.. Can you see a Barrister being called Chips? |

| Well if Chips worked hard at school and passed his exams they would just bloody well have to let him be one! I agree I dont think some people see past childhood when naming their kids. |

| True, if Chips (or even Fish) didn't become a recluse from being picked on and bullied at school then I'm sure he would do very well for himself If I had a stupid name and got bullied for it I think it would make me more determined to do well |

i have sen a few of those facebook pages regarding naming of children i like to think they aint being serious and just want a highly liked page ?
did you read about the couple im sure they were in europe that loved facebook so much and upon putting up a pic of their new child they decided to name their child "Like " after ppl srated liking the pic
