| is all I have left today and I'm staaaaaarving!! What can I eat for 24 calories? Half a kiwi? Argh!! Glass of water just isn't cutting it tonight. It's all Dom's fault giving me sneaky full-fat Lilt instead of diet earlier on. I would have been able to have a yoghurt without that Even the emoticons have it in for me |

| mari...skimmed milk is still 35cals for 100ml em...do you have any fruit or veggies in?? fruit is pretty low calorie...or just go over by 50 or so for one day...it takes 3500 to gain a single lb...so going 50-100cals over really isn't going to hurt |

| Dom just gave in and had salmon and crème fraîche on tiger bread - Sooooo jealous and he's not even written it down. Never diet with a man, it's so unjust they're even allowed more to start with.
Is that true about taking 3500 to gain a pound? Then how come i was so disciplined all last week, averaged 1370 a day, and still gained a pound and a half *sob*
Oh dammit I just remembered I had an apple on the way home from work and forgot to log it. I'm 46 over now.
This is stupid, I much preferred slimming world, you could just pig out all day long and still get slim.

| You know, if I wasn't in my pj's already I'd have a quick stroll to the garage up the hill so I could log some exercise too. How many do you burn off running for the bus in a morning? (half a minute running downhill - not many I imagine) |

totally true(trained as a fitness instructor and did a nutritional part) weight gain can be caused by sodium...not drinking enough(dehydration has your body storing water) waste left inside you still(sorry a bit gross i know!) your period....so much can change it i went home for a few days last week...stuck totally in calories BUT had an egg and chips, a slice of birthday cake and a slice of pizza n fries when i was down there...got home...i gained 9lbs!!! have exercised and halved my sodium intake...am down the 9lbs i gained...plus 1more....seriously...so many things affect weight loss it's unreal |

| Kate I'm just calorie counting using myfitnesspal.com - there's an app for it too, and the ticker, though to be honest the ticker doesnt tell you that the 15lbs I've lost took a year of not particularly trying, and it was just pregnancy weight anyway. Makes me feel good though! |

| Sometimes you have to eat enough to loose the weight too. My mum was on weight watchers and always seemed to have points left at the end of the day, she didn't loose weight. They told her to always try to eat the full points each day and that was when she started loosing the weight. xx |
