| How to get urine off a carpet
The liquid urine should be absorbed as completely as possible using white cloths or paper towels. Blotting the area with a white towel soaked in water / clear liquid dishwashing detergent (1 tsp to 125ml) should be effective. A clean towel should be used to soak up the resultant liquid.
Blotting the area with 1 part vinegar to 2 parts water, another towel should be used to soak up the remaining fluid before laying uncoloured towels on the damp area and weighting them to allow the area to dry for at least 6 hours.
Hope this helps x

| hmmmmmm i would have to do it late at night rather than at the time i think but i will give the solutions a go - really i need to get on my hands and knees with a scrubbing brush and scrub the whole bloody thing but that sounds immensely effortful!!! |

| What I do is get a load of kitchen roll, fold it up thick, place it over the wee and stand on it, keep using fresh towel till it stops pulling the wee out...that way you get as much wee out as poss...then clean it! Then you MUST dry it with a hairdryer...wet carpet when walked over will attract dust and other dirt and will look very dirty! |
