Do any of you ladies have a carpet cleaner? I am on the lookout for something smallish and not too complicated. Any recommendations? X

I've only ever used a rug doctor. Thats really good.

I have a bissell one. We borrowed the in-laws monster bissell one years ago when we were in the old house, and it was brilliant so went out and got me a smaller version which is the Quickwash one. No good for upholstery etc just for carpets or a wooden floor cleaner (never really understood that myself..whats wrong with using a mop on the wooden floor?? ) Anyhoo, we've moved into a house that is wooden floor in every room

So if you want cheap and cheerful and just for carpets i'd recommend that one. Vax do a similar one too which is good.

If you've got a TJ huges near you have a look in there cos there always doing them half price
