i had my AF on the 28th and lasted normal 5 days but since saturday been havin loved tummy ach and like soreness on one side but i know its there if that makes sence!
and today we have been non stop unpacking and moving things around in new house and when i went to loo just a min ago when i wiped there was blood (sorry tmi)
i duno whats going on with my body these days anyone else had this befor?

Maybe its the activities and lift you have been doing...ive had that before when i think im finished and i lift something heavy and it has started a small bleed!!

I agree with Nutty, and that was my first thought - Ovulation!!!!
I get really achey back and pain on one side, it feels like a pulled muscle in my ovary every month (sometimes days before or on the day). And last month I had spotting too, that coincided with ovulation. I'd never had it before.

still bleeding today kinda like a light period (sorry tmi) god knows whats going on ian thinks it due to stress of move ect

Hay Char! How are things now? I would try not to worry about it hun, unless you are in any pain then its probably more than likely 'mid-cycle weirdness'
Like I said, I had spotting at ovulation last month and it was only there the once, so i'm not so clued up on ov spotting..but its not uncommon.
