Back in my pre-Wil days I was a martial arts nut - 6 days a week at my peak. I loved it.
Unfortunately the school I belonged to was run by a real con man who was more interested in the money than the quality of the training or the students so when I got pregnant I stopped going.
Roll the clock on 2 years and I am over 2 stone heavier and rather unfit so I decided I need to get myself back into some sort of exercise. I won't go back to what I did before because the instructor doesn't deserve my money so I have been searching for something else.
So after trying various boxericise classes and other martial arts schools I have finally found one I love.
Seni Ki Ryu. The best bit is it was started by a former student from my old school who also got pissed off and left.

I feel fantastic after my first class and I can't wait to start properly next week.
I am unlikely to be around on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from now on because training is 7.15-9.15 both nights.
So pleased because in 6 months I will be skinny and fit again and won't have to care what I eat
