Caitlin is Caitlin Emma Lauren.
Emma is after my cousin, and Lauren is after Stuarts sister.

For this baby im trying to think of family names too, & if its a boy will use George- FILs name and Maxwell -my granda's middle name. For a girl Im using Jean - my late grannys name.... and then im stuck as no other name on Stuarts side is nice. May end up using Georgia (female of George).

Im trying to go for 2 middle names again just because Caitlin has 2. I like middle names to come from somewhere and also if possible have one from each side of family.

How did you pick your childrens middle names?

Chloe has the same middle name as mine 'Grace' it was my nan's name (on my mum's side) and she died the year before I was born, so I quite like to pass it down, I think if I have another girl I'd do the same again.

If there wasn't anyone I'd want to name them after, I'd probably just go with a middle name that I liked x

Mine all have family name:

Charlotte Elizabeth Helen (Elizabeth Helen is my mum)
Paul James (Paul is my dad and James is his dads iddle name)
Eleanor Elizabeth (my mum, ohs nan)

Lol I know both my girls have Elizabeth but I do love that name and it went well with both Christian names

Aimee May (because we liked the sound of it)
Lily Kate - because we had no middle name so we googled it

Neither have middle names, it was hard enough deciding the first name

My middle name is Kirsty Anne, Kirsty because my mum liked it and Anne was my great grans name. both my sister have Anne too and then one other name that my mum liked.

Tylers middle name is Jay because it sounds nice with Tyler and when he's older he can be TJ or T Jay haha.

However my Nan died the day after I conceived this little one and I want her name to be incorporated somehow... Its audrey though :/

Well Stuart has just said he isnt fussed on Georgia or any name in his family so would like to just pick a name. He likes Holly because its Christmassy. So think we will prob go with that as it has some relevance I guess!

I love the name Holly. We were thinking of calling Lily it x

elijah's middle name is thomas - we both love the name thomas but wanted something unusual, we also thought it would be nice for elijah if he wanted a more 'normal' name to use when he is bigger he could call himself thomas

I quite like Audrey, its kind of classy vintage like Audrey Hepburn!

it is if you think Audrey Hepburn but i just think of my Nan haha (not that that's a bad thing Nan if your watching )

Callums is Lucas i picked Lucas for his first name but Oh really didnt want it he choose Callum which my mum loved also adn we decided Lucas could stil be used so its in the middle x

audrey is an amazing name!!!! im all about bringing back the older classic names i love it (in fact...maybe that is going on my list )

i also like the name Holly i am jus a lil bias tho

but i have Scott Sean Edward (scott was random, but sean is my dad and Edward is his dads dad

Holly Elizabeth (holly again just coz we liked it and elizabeth as it is the middle name for most girls in our family)

Kieran James (Kieran was just a name we picked, James is from my grandad)

Jaiden's is Lee after my baby brother who passed away when he was just 3 months old due to a bowel condition he had an op 4 and went to sleep on the table

And as for Sophia hers is Neve Im half Irish My mum is Irish so thats where it came from there are a lot of caitlins and ither irish names there are a couple of Niamh's over there but not spelt the way we do and it has a different meaning

All the names my kids have got are significant and have real true meaning to what me and dave believe in

georgina is genius!!! and a lovely name

Stephen has always been my favourite boys name and his middle name is George after my dad. However because I'm a huge Liverpool fan and my favourite player is Steven Gerrard, everyone thinks he's named after him because he's Steven George too

Imogen's middle name Lorelai is just a name we liked. I thought about using a name from family and I would have loved to have named her after my Nanna but my mum always goes on about how I love my Dad's parents more than hers so I didn't want to cause a problem. I kind of wish I had used the name now, as I know my Nanna would have loved it but I do love the names Imogen Lorelai.

For this little boy we're thinking middle name Matthew. Matt wanted to used Ronald, his Grandad's name (it's also my Grandad's name) but I didn't want to. Then suggested his Dad's name but again I said no, it's Leslie, I don't want to give my kid that name. I don't feel like my Dad deserves to have a child named after him so that was out. I wasn't particularly bothered about family name or not, although i do think the sentiment is nice. Decided on Matthew cause i like the name anyway and it'll be nice for little one to be named after his Dad.

I think if Imogen had two middle names I would give the next one two as well. I like Georgia too. It's a nice name and it's also got the family connection.

Not so sure about Georgina. I really want to use Jean and dont think jean Georgina sounds right (though I get that george and jean mixed make Georgina).

I like Audrey too, iv a great aunt called audrey. My mum I know secretly wants her name used - but its Pauline! I just couldnt do that on the child! Its so hard not to offend someone

hahaha it gets a bit tricky haha my mums name is stella, i suppose i would use that if she wanted but i don't think she would ever say so.

i reckon just use names you like and if they happen to cheer someone up by being the same as theirs, all the better

Snoops, I think I could happily fit jean or gene in but I couldn't do Pauline (although it's a lovely name for a mother)

I dont even think it is a lovely name for a mother lol! Even my mum hates it and says it makes people think of grumpy bake Pauline Fowler from Eastenders. My mum is 50 and thinks the names too old for her as most Paulines are 60+.
God knows why then she would inflict it on a child. I guess middle names are a bit dif though.

Atm are names are Ruby Jean Holly Gray & Reece George Maxwell Gray.

Im sure they will change another 10x before Christmas!!!
