Has anyone bought a breastfeeding recipe book? I've had a look online and there are a few around but I can't really see any reviews - my milk supply is fine but I wouldn't say I am feeling very *well* (not unwell, just not well haha) and I'm pretty sure it's because I am eating so badly, so some high nutrition/easy and quick recipes would be amazing, any ideas?

I found this for a good snack
Blend together all ingredients and enjoy!
200ml milk
100g yoghurt - vanilla or fruit flavoured
Favourite fruit - fresh (eg 1 banana) or tinned (eg ½ cup peaches)

Ooh I will peruse those, I have ordered the 'lactogenic' book (mostly cos I like the name) but will hopefully manage to combat my malnutrition!
