Jamie's in size 4+ babydry pampers nappies. His been in pampers basically from the start (we tried huggies and tesco but these seemed best) and they've always kept him really dry. However, lately we've started having to change him in the night because they're already saturated. His probably about 27lb at the most so we could go up to a size 5. Do you think this is likely to make a difference or can anyone recommend some other nappies? The only other thing is we both think its only while we've been away and they were a new pack so its possible they were labelled wrong or something so we're going to go back to using the ones we had and see if that makes a difference

Yep sounds like you need to move to size 5s hun, will defo hold more and should stop you having to change in the night. Personally I have always found Huggies better for night times but I think nappy choice is specific to each baby and parent so if you like pampers try their size 5s first.

I've switched between huggies and pampers since having Ellie. As she grows I've had to switch. Up until a month ago I definitely preferred huggies but they started to leak at night so we switched to pampers and theyve been great and fit really well.

we really like aldi's nappies, eli has been in size 5 for ages as its a wide weight category and we don't have leaks that often (we were having leaks every night with pampers and huggies are just awful, although recently we have been going back to night leaks sigh!)

I have never had any real problems with Pampers but having tried pretty much most makes (although not Aldi yet) I have found Asda Little Angels to be brilliant!

I am using Huggies atm (they were on offer) and omg, my kids are both saturated in the mornings and I have had to change their beds pretty much most days in the last week. I am shopping tomorrow and am going back to Asda ones.

Aimee is in a 5 and Lily in a size 4 x

Noah was about 22lb when i put him size 5 huggies, i found the size 4+ pampers tiny. His 24lb now and still in them i think he will be in them now for a while. They do keep a lot in.

We use tesco. Can't complain at all really. Could you maybe cut down his fluid intake before bed? Might help with the leaks? X

Caitlin has been in size 5's for a few months. She prob about 30lb atm so made the switch at around 28lb.

Im a pampers fan too. Have you tried active fit? I find they hold ALOT more than the baby dry. We can get away with babydry in the day but def need active fit for night. They seem more absorbant.

Depends on shape of LO but I def recommend trying Pampers Active fit in 4+ or 5.

Thanks ladies. We've got some size 5 pampers babydry as we've been happy with them so far and he seemed fine last night. Will try the others as well though to see which works best
