| Yeh sudocream or vaseline, I prefer vaseline for face as it seems to stay on better through the night, but Izzys only ever had a little bit of red, so maybe the sudo is better if its really sore |

| vaseline is definitely the way to go it will protect it too cos when he is out if the skin is damp the cold air will make it loads worse, so put a thin layer on every time you go out for a while |

| Yep vaseline is best, we use it for when Libby has a cold (she constantly licks her top lip making it red raw and sore), it clears up pretty much overnight. xx |

| I thought vaseline would dry it out more? Bodyshop lady told me that petroleum dryed things out over time and thats why their hemp products eg lipbalms were so amazing as they didnt use it.
Id go with sudocrem as seems more soothing. Havent put vaseline on my chin before though so maybe it would feel nice... |

| snoops you pillock, vaseline stops moisture getting to the skin which causes the drying in the first place.....so it's a good protective barrier. if you use sudocrem every day you will just end up with a greasy white chin! haha i can picture you now out playing in the snow with your pseudo-crem beard |
