Dinnertime is just becoming a nightmare. ill make him dinner, he will sit for about 20 mins and not touch it then say 'put it in bin i finished' or 'no want it you eat it' so i take it away...he then cries' i want my dinner' so ill bring it back and say 'do you want it' and he says again no put it in bin or will sit there and not touch.it the say pt it in the bin. when i eventually really put it in the bin he screams and cries saying he wants his dinner!!! I cant keep taking it away and bringing it back all night...im hoping its just a phase but any ideas what i can do?

Leave it there. Rowan did this and still does sometimes. It's best not to even talk about the food you've given him. Call him to dinner then put it in front of him then that's it. If he asks for it in the bin say when you've finished if he says he's finished tell him to get down.
