... of posting more here. So proud of my little boy and had to share with someone. His learnt to say thank you (instead of ta), dog, lulu (one dog's name), toast and pull and has started to say please again. His also said wrong and silly but only once so I don't count them as words yet. We've been at fil and his also playing with the dog so his braver than mummy! I'm a very proud mummy

Olivers first words was Car..only now I see he actually has a slight obsession with cars

Jamie's first proper word was Mummy which was nice! His says lots anyway (an off switch would be nice) but seems to have learned loads more this weekend

Oliver never went to nursery but my friends LO did and although Oliver started talking at 2yrs (properly) my friends LO started talking much sooner like your Jamie.

Yeah. His done everything other than walking early though. He started talking at tenish months I think. Could certainly say 6 words by a year. I talked really early though (Mum says I could hold proper conversations by the time I was 18 months) so I suspect its genetic. Certainly all first babies in our family do things early and don't sleep (second ones do everything late but sleep all the time so I'm hoping if I have another it will be like that). Makes no difference in the long run though does it. They all do it in the end
