| it strengthens the uterus so is supposed to make contractions more effective and help labour progress better, but it's not proven x |

| i have took it every time so will just stick with it, as i would say they were quite good deliveries lol and it also helps soften you cervix too, i feel like it did something for me i think its worth a shot for a couple of pounds, if it makes labour easier its worth it lol x |

| I ttok it last time from 32 wks and increased as the weeks went on. I progressed brilliantly in labour all done in 6hrs so not sure if I risk taking it this time My uterus contracted quickly apparently too..not sure if it was the RLT or a fluke but hay-hoo |

| I took it from 32 weeks as well I think. I had really strong contractions - they were hitting the top of the chart - but they didn't actually do anything. I suspect that had more to do with Jamie being back to back though |

| well i got some and started last week i will stick with one cup then go to 2 at 34 weeks 3 at 36 then 4 at 38 do you think that is about right,
i also heard some say they have it iced instead of hot so might have to try as i am obsessed with ice atm lol x |

| I started with 1 a day at 34 weeks, 2 at 35, 3 at 36 etc then ended up with a bloody section anyway |

I liked it tbh, 2 sugars it goes down a treat. I think you can get it in capsule form too though. What was your labour like last time? If it was quickish, they don't recommend you take it second time round. x |

| i quite like it too, i feel like it helped me but i dont know, i suppose i could have progressed and had the same labours without it but i really think it is worth a try if it makes it a bit quicker lol x |

| i did not like it , i had to add sugar and let it go cold wish i gt the rasp leaf tablets saying that my last 2 labours were super short anyways |
