raspberry leaf tea from 34 weeks to help prepare the uterus for labour, evening primrose oil one orally one up your hoo haa from 34 weeks to help ripen the cervix to help with easy dialation and help its elasticity to reduce possible internal tearing and clarey sage oil mixed with some olive oil rubbed on bump and/or bathed in from 38 weeks to help with contractions and possibly help to bring labour on sooner.
hope that helps.
