Hi, thanks for asking. I'm ok, bit up and down really but thats to be expected really with the medication. I've got the night out and my holiday and Immi's birthday to look forward to though so those are keeping my spirits up atm. Been going to bed a lot earlier too and that has really helped.

I'm pleased you have lots of lovely things to look forward to. Getting plenty of sleep is so important too. From my experience medication made me ridiculously tired and lethargic, not helpful with two little people to look after!
