For MJ I just bought a standard one, glad I did because she never used it, she just randomly went upstairs and used the big toilet with the adaptor (so she didn't fall in!) they do ones now that have a loo roll holder attached and the flush bit makes a flushing sound and there are funky ones that play a tune when bubs widdles in it as a reward type thing xxx

I bought a really cheap one from Ikea - which she throws around and randomly sits on, so it doesnt matter if it gets bashed around When the time comes i will see how she gets on - but I dont think I would ever spend nearly £30 on a potty

I quite liket he look of the chairs but i feel its a bit of a waste of money for a bit of plastic, so think will probs get a cheap plain one and change if doesnt work out. Not sure when to start though, obviously not hardcore training yet as she's only a year, but she does a wee on the bathroom floor just before her bath every day, so was wondering whether to introduce a potty for that time just to get her familliar. What do you guys think? (soz for taking over post) MAndy

Haha We have 2 potty's - One is a normal/small one that stays downstairs.. its ok but we also have a 'chair' type one upstairs, which is better for my LO as he has quite long legs and he just looks far more comfortable on it than an ordinary potty. I'm just currently looking for a toilet support for the loo as he does like to sit on the loo
