hello all,

well i tossed and turned most of the night with things from work on my mind, around 4am i tossed and felt a pop in my groin. and then everytime i moved i had a pain in groin.

well went to get up when alarm went and couldn't move at all with out a pain in groin, i could sit up nothing, russ had to help because i really really need the loo.

well i called in work said i'd work from home, as i didn't want to drive and been walking around the house very carefully, its easing now, but if i stay sitting for a while it hurts.

i've had a few issues with soft tissue damage earlier in the year and had to have time off work when i carried on after an accident instead of taking time off to heal and made it worse

i'm just going to see how it is in the morning before making any decisions but i do have my frist midwife appointment tomorrow, just hope it goes away and doesnt carry on like it did last time, i had to have 6 weeks off work, never good
