If af arrived today and my last af arrived on 28 September is my cycle 24 days as today is day 1 again or 25 days as it was 25 days from my last period. Sorry girls my cycle is really confusing me its longer one month then shorter the next

Yeah I figured 24 too but though I was counting wrong so I count the 1st day as day 1 and then the days until af arrives again.
