I really should know this but do u count from the 1st day of your last af to the day b4 your next mine just turned up 2day at last and my last af was on 5th aug so thats a 30 day cycle ??

I work it out to 31, but i count the 1st day of last period and the day new period starts on x

The day your period starts is day 1. so if your last one started the 5th Aug so that makes it 31 days as you dont count the day your next period starts as that is day 1 of your next cycle

I make it 31 days too. I count my 1st day of af as day 1 of a cycle.
