| Hi girlies. Thought i would pop a sticky up for anyone doing WW. Any good recipies, meal ideas that you can point up for us or any foods/puddings etc you have found that you would recommend to others. And i know we can lack inspiration sometimes so we can give each other ideas.
For anyone who like seafood sticks, Aldi ones are 0 points. Dont know if they are from anywhere else but i will point them up and see.

| Virtually fat cottage cheese is free. Slap some on a ryevita and voila 1/2 point per cracker! Instead of using a sauce in stir fry, use soya sauce its free. When the chicken i just about cooked pour in 5 tablespoons and cokk the chicken in it for a couple of mins before putting vegetables in. A huge chicken stir fry for 3 points. |

| You will get what you need really the first week. You get the new cardboard calculator, quite a good foods list, booklets all about the new system. I would say you could probably follow it with the first weeks literature. And of course if you need help i will be going to meetings and getting new literature every week xx |

| well i'm on day one and so far so good, i spent most of last night repointing all my favorite recipies and planned todays food. I've found that i seem to be eating the same amount as before, maybe slightly less carbs, but i think that's the point! Good luck everyone who's starting out on it.... I'm really motivated again and hopefully this time will manage to shift some of this weight for good! |

| Oh I thought it was a maximun of 29 pts a day + the 49. If a spud was 8pts I was imagining a big mac being 25pts! I want a big mac meal now, thanks lol! x |

| Ok so by comparison how many points was a big mac and how many is it now, I know it's figured out differently but I would have thought it would still be very high and not worth the pointage!
All this talk of md is making me want a breakfast and coke! Grrr |
