Im thinking about joining weight watchers online as figure if I have to pay for something
im more likely to stick to it... im not going to have much time for exercise so what do you reckon my chances are? will it still work with no exercise?

I lost 10lbs in 4 weeks in the run upto xmas, I've put a few back on tho oops lol!
I've not exercised as yet, well done the odd workout on the xbox/wii but nothing regular as i haven't had a chance to yet.
I would definatly give it a try, i really enjoy the diet!
