We Are Both Currently Unemployed. John Is On Long Term Sick And I Was An Administrator Before Having The Kids. I Applied To Go Back To College Ths Year To Study Midwifery But There Are No Places Left Due To High Demand So Fingers Crossed Ill Get A Place Next Year. Johns Just Completed A Course To Do Voluntary Work For HomeStart, So Hopefully He Will Soon Be Placed With A Family That Needs Some Help. So Next Year Should Be The Year For Us And i Cannot Wait!

ATM I'm a stay at home mum but as of September I'll be a fill time student studying an access course and hopefully next year will be a student midwife!!

im am so jealous! Not fair. i started the access course 3 years ut had to leave after 3 months as i found out i was preg with my daughter who was due te same time as my exams would have been. ive applied again this year, been asked to go to do the 2 exams to see what level you will be put in for, to be sent a letter telliing me to go for an interview. got there and was informed that id got 86% and 90% BUT the access course was full so to come back next year i also want to be a midwife lol.

Just wanted to say good luck and let me know how easy/hard it is!! xxx

I'm 28 and was working in mental health support, with most of my interest being in the facilitation of person centered planning, but most of my energy taken up with day to day politics - time to move on! Due to go back next April, but looking for new ideas instead

I love being a mummy more than I expected - now I know what all the fuss was about!
