ahhhhh i cud scream!

alfies started waking up at 4am every morning and i dunno why!! hes rolling/trying to crawl and he ends up s
stuck in the corner of his cot. he has a dummy but doesnt seem too bothered by it during the night.

im hoping its a phase as he's always been a brill sleeper in the past. im knackered!!!

any suggestions?

i had this problem with ava when she started rolling and would get stuck, I rolled a towel and put in between the mattress and sheet to stop her and it worked a treat.

Alfie did the same when he started to roll and even though he could roll back he wouldn't! Now he's taken to staying on his belly though which means i don't have to go in and he sleeps so much better
