Well marcs on nights and has been working bloody hard since the end of october he has only had 4 days off and has been swapping night to earlies with only one day off inbetween. He snapped at me yesterday and i snapped back end of him speaking to me didnt say love you when he left. Normally he phones 3 times when he is at work and he only text at 1130 and we carried on argument ending with him saying if u want to go go

Then was ment to babysit my niece and mum and dad were going to look after gracie well had to cancel due to bad migraine, mum just phoned to have a go at me for it (they went to my sisters) she was telling me how they only see gracie if they come here erm yeah one car marc working loads so cant get there and because of that she thinks gracie is stuck in all day, i take her to the park and playgroup. But because i didnt take her to a travelling petting zoo where animals would be wet and she would get cold im a bad mum

Sorry its long dont expect you to read it all if any just sat in tears after getting off the phone to her. I have no where to go and no one to talk too x x

ah hun

u and marc must both be stressed im sure he didnt mean half of what he said

and as for ur mum n sis ignore them u r a good mum and the little ones dont need to be out every day all day there is plenty u can do at home with them to
and its very unreasonable for them to expect u to take gracie to them when u have no transport

Aww hun I'm sorry you're feeling so low, don't really know what to suggest with your OH as my situation isn't much better, in fact hes applied for a job that means he works even more hours! Will he be working like this for much longer or is it just a temp thing?? xx

Mothers say the stupidest things. My mother does it all the time. Don't let your mother upset you. Its a mothers job to be a pain in the arse! Try to learn from it and promise yourself you won't say stupid things to Gracie when she's a mum! I've got a 20 year old daughter and you wouldn't believe some of the stupid things I say to her at times!

I don't take Ellie out to petting farms etc, you're right its too bloody cold and wet.

sorry you feel down hunni, things will get better when he reduces his hours, its hard coping all day on your own especially when its unappreciated. I think most mums are the same, mine is always having a go about something but I just go into my own little world and ignore her!

At least your problem with your OH will be sorted in a week and a half and you will have extra money for Christmas. Just put a brave face on it for him when he gets home and don't rise to it if he is after an argument. He is probably knackered working all those hours and it is hard on you both.

As for your Mum Rolling Eyes just ignore her. Gracie is fine without a trip to a petting zoo and it is up to you how much time you spend in or out of the house.

thank you girlies, marc is fine now, but my mum came over with som bits for the cats as they had to have theirs put to sleep last week and gracies dress - she walked in and just said humph we thought we would bring them or you would never get them, still seiously arsy with me i very nearly asked her to leave.

marc has said he dosnt want her here when he is now until she apologises my reply to that was i just wish i could run away and not tell anyone where we were but we cant. i am so close to telling her to stay out of my life and il stay out of hers which is a big sad face as this time last year we were so close x
