I have had heartburn constantly for the last 2 weeks.

Its driving me bonkers!!!

Does anybody know what I can safely take for it? x

Just Gaviscon, by the bottle lol,
i had some of the little handy tabs as well. I think there is something you can get on prescription by the HUGE bottle from the docs if gaviscon doesnt work but i am sorry laura i dont know what its called.
Have you tried milk in the meantime?

Like Jo said Gaviscon or those little tablet things (like Rennie, but I used to buy the fruity ones from Tesco as they taste like refreshers sweets ) I used to drink ALOT of milk as well and that did help a bit. This is another thing I'm not looking forward to! xx

I have just popped to the shop and got Gaviscon chewable tables - omg, I was expecting something like a Trebor Soft Chew... oh no... CHALK! Lol!

I couldnt drink the stuff in a million years and im the same with milk.

On the bright side... the tablet has helped x

The fruit rennies are like chewing chalk but they work and are better than drinking chalk (gaviscon)!
