| anyone else lose weight in early pg? I currently seem to be on the 'too nauseous to eat' diet and have lost 9lb so far, if it wasnt for the fact full fat coke settles my tummy and ive drunk 2 cans of that a day i think id have lost more. Im just a little concerned for bubs. I was often too nauseous to eat with c but maintained my weight i didnt lose |

| I had terrible morning sickness from 6-20 weeks and lost stone and a half, soon put it all back on tho... try not to worry to much as baby will get all it needs from watever you do manage to eat... it may make you feel pretty tired/rubbish and have no energy tho, so do mention to your midwife, who will be able to give you further advice x

| Yep yep - both times but worse this time round. Couldn't even stomach much to drink - think I was risking serious dehydration - little, often and protein where I could really helped (took longer to digest moreso because the dry crackers and toast don't last very long in the small quantities I was eating them!) cooked chicken with some fruit was good later in the day and I know you're not "supposed" to but peanut butter was great too, one slice of toast or bread and with a small glass of milk. But I was honestly neither use nor ornament before at least 11am. Vitamin B6 took the edge off and I think I've nearly made the weight back that I lost - down to growing baby plus once I could eat I was away!! |
